Where Your Data Is Handled
Device and iCloud Storage
Your collection is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, Apple also stores it in your iCloud account.
Service Boundaries
- Card photos are processed through Anthropic's Claude service for identification
- The in-app policy states that Anthropic does not retain those photos after processing
- Aptabase receives anonymous usage events used to improve the app
- Apple handles iCloud storage, App Store distribution, purchases, and any diagnostics you choose to share

Children's Privacy
TCG Card Scanner is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
